Had an awesome weekend, pretty much did stuff like this for 3 days.

Cooked the smokie for a bit, then wrapped bacon around it. To make sure it stayed put I inserted nails to hold the bacon on.

Time to throw it back on the flame…

All done… almost forgot to take out the nails.

Ready for the bun! Cook, wrap, cook, eat, repeat… always repeat.
